Status Lifecycle Refresh Button – Mix Networks at the DID Level

We’ve recently added a status refresh button at the DID level serviced through Mix Networks. This new feature allows the Admin user to instantly fetch and retrieve updated status, so that it displays current and accurate data on-demand.

Call Logs Timestamp / Zone Difference

Call log timestamps now have a unified call log timezone and is now reflected within the UI. Customer will be able to see correct time stamps in their Call Logs (Inbound & Outbound).

The newly release NOC Routers List Page is the first of a series of many more versions we have plan to roll-out in our NOC initiative. These internal facing NOC Pages within Command Center Portal will assist our team in monitoring, tracking and reporting downtime status in real-time.
